January 31, 2017 Completed Homes
This speculative home built in Beaver Mountain Estates above South Fork, Colorado, has been designed for ease of maintenance and full enjoyment of the mountains. The exterior is stucco and natural stone, with log accents above the windows and beautiful log front porch.
Take a walk inside and see the beauty of the massive log timbers carefully chosen for the staircase and ridge beams. The walls are covered with Sheetrock for that added color and the loft and ceiling is done with aspen T&G. The great room flows in to the kitchen and dining area, with a nice stone patio in the back. It has three guest bedrooms upstairs and the master is located conveniently downstairs. The loft area would make a great game room with its bar and custom wrought iron balustrade.

New for Paragon RD is this new home currently being constructed in Joshua, Texas.
When complete, this home will feature one of the specialties of Paragon: reclaimed timbers. Taken from the old IRS building in Fort Worth, Texas. These 8×16 timbers have been carefully included in the design to convey a rustic mountain feel in this one-of-a-kind home.
